Then came Sylvanas who worked with Garithos and Varimathras to reclaim Lordaeron. She later enslaved Varimathras and killed Garithos (the racist). The Horde accepted them.Tauren paladins aren't really paladins, they're "sun druids" who worship the sun instead of the moon. for obvious balancing issues they couldn't add Sunwalker as a playable class, and the next closest thing was the paladin. You are correct'ish. The tauren worship the goddess Mun'sha, the moon, and she is the center of Tauren druidism. Around ...It could be entirely outward facing release of light leaving the body, leaving an unprotected corpse behind that the Lich King can raise. It is entirely viable that Lightforged Draenei lore wise don't retain their gifts from the Naaru, the racial abilities only remain for gameplay reasons. Reply. I don't recall a lot of other high fantasy depictions of Minotaur as wise and strong and developed as characters in the same way that Kaz was, so it would not surprise me even a little if Knaaks treatment of that character was fully the foundation for the Tauren concept.Chris Metzen was head of creative for most of WoW's life. However, Richard Knaak and Christie Golden both play a very large role in having written some of the earliest narrative books, as did Metzen himself. As far as other fantasy series, I never get tired of recommending the Malazan Book of the Fallen. Top tier dark fantasy.The story is very simple. People blow up dragons and explore the new continent. There are some undertones in the narrative regarding Night Elves and also the Infinite Dragonflight. It feels like an old school DnD campaign with a WoW tint. It's a lot of fun but it's not a very serious narrative; the narrative isn't taking itself too seriously ....
